1102 Anti-inflammation effects of decanoic acid in a mouse of contact hypersensitivity: On a possible new drug for inflammatory skin disease

Decanoic acid is used as an additive in injections to prolong the action of drugs because its lipid solubility. In addition, decanoic has been speculated have anti-inflammatory effects. this study, we examined effects on a mouse model dinitrofluorobenzene (DNFB)-induced irritant contact dermatitis. Mice were divided into four treatment groups. Groups 1, mice challenged with twice application 50μl 0.5% DNFB abdomen for sensitization. Then, once both ears 20 μL induce skin inflammation.
